1. Sales Manager (Multiple Vacancies) Requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than 5 years of sales experience in gas sensor related products and more than 2 years of sales team management experience;
2. Familiar with the gas sensor industry or household alarm industry, and familiar with the market strategic layout of gas sensor products;
3. Excellent market development ability, good overall control ability and resource integration ability;
4. Good at expanding and managing key customer relationships, able to communicate effectively with customers independently;
5. Rich experience in sales team management and talent training;
6. Excellent organizational coordination ability, execution ability and pressure resistance ability.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement the annual sales business plan and sales strategy plan of the sensor team to ensure that the team goals are consistent with the overall company strategy;

4. Performance Capacity: Have sufficient funds to bear the business start-up and operation costs, with matching business premises, equipment and personnel, and a professional sales team of more than 5 people.

6. Service Capacity: Can provide high-quality customer services such as after-sales service and technical support.
